Four Recruitment are offering an exclusive opportunity to join a brilliant business in Cheadle. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager working within a small finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within your career and have a wider exposure to accounts covering a wide range of duties.

Your main roles and responsibilities:


  • Banking
  • Daily bank download (multicurrency). Posting and allocating payments, including following up on any missing remittances.
  • Working closely with various UK/International teams
  • Debt Chasing as required
  • Providing support to credit controllers to collect customer debt
  • Deputise for credit controllers during periods of absence and holidays
  • Assist purchase ledger clerk as required


  • Invoice processing

  • Accurately and efficiently process supplier invoices. Matching them to purchase orders and obtaining approval where necessary
  • Queried invoice resolutions
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Deputise for purchase ledger during periods of absence and holidays
  • Support finance team with internal project work and any ad hoc duties
  • Brilliant time management skills
