Spectrum Outfitters are a Warwickshire based, trans-owned, family run business. We sell gender affirming products, mainly to the LGBT+ community.

We're looking for a new Fulfilment and Customer Service advisor, to join our expanding team. This is a full time office-based job - unable to WFH. Must be able to drive.


Duties include but are not limited to:
Packing and dispatching orders using Royal Mail and other systems

• Processing returns.

Managing stock levels.

Pack new stock when necessary.

Assist with manual handling of stock/ fabric deliveries.

Assist manager with ad-hoc tasks.

Proven customer service experience with a positive and friendly approach.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to switch between tasks day to day, depending on the needs of the office.

Someone who enjoys a busy work environment.

A confident communicator looking to work as part of a close-knit team.

Coventry/Warwickshire


Hours
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm including 30 minutes paid lunch break.

Starting at £21,000 with annual bonus
