Description

Buro Happold has an exciting opportunity for a Global Quality Coordinator to join their team in Bath. You will assist the Global Quality Manager to help support the global Quality Management strategy and road map across the business. Key duties:

Ensuring that applicable management system intranet sites and all related quality management system documents are kept up to date and are easily accessible.
Providing advice to employees on the quality management matters and implementation of the quality management system.
Supporting the management of the internal audit/review system.
Chair monthly internal audit meeting to ensure the program is on target.
Updating and validating noncompliance responses.
Issuing monthly noncompliances reports to global business units.
Analysing findings from internal and external audits to help identify corrective and preventive actions.
Communicating management system changes to relevant staff.
Supporting continual improvement initiatives, where required.

Your skills and experience:

Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite particular with Excel.
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload.
Flexible attitude with good team working skills.
Diligent with good communication and attention to detail skills.
Experience of working in an ISO 9001 registered organisation.
Experience in supporting and/or developing policies and procedures in a controlled environment.
Experience of working in a project delivery environment.
