A key part is the support we provide for individuals who are rough sleeping, housed in emergency or awaiting resettlement.

This focus on improving the lives of these individuals requires Support Workers with a real passion for helping others. Is this you?


In this role you will work in the community, you'll be a contact point helping individuals seeking tenancy or helping them maintain their own.

This role would suit a real people person who can be empathetic with our customers whilst providing advice and working with referral agencies to support them.


You'll build a network of colleagues within Local Authorities, Registered Providers and other agencies all with the same aim, helping individuals in a time of potential crisis.

Managing your caseload you will be required to arrange and attend appointments with social workers and housing teams, maintain records of the support interventions you provide and make a real impact on someone's life through the service you provide them.

This opportunity will enable you to utilise or develop your experience in the following areas:

  • Developing an understanding of custodial process through working with prison/police partners.
  • Developing knowledge of substance misuse through working alongside out partner agencies.
  • Knowledge of working with individuals with Mental Health support requirements.


To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate an empathetic approach to your customers, have an ability to provide good advice to help them and be comfortable in lone working.

We are open to discussing this opportunity with Support Workers who may come from a residential background or whereby you have worked with substance dependencies or homelessness.


We are also open to welcoming empathetic and caring individuals brand new to the profession who are committed to delivering a heartfelt service in a non-judgemental manner.

As this is a community based role, access to a vehicle will be required to fulfil this.
