Description

We are looking for Housing Officers to join our construction client on a temp to perm basis.

Your role within the business will be to travel in and around Didsbury, to liaise between tenant and landlord, overseeing housing projects, therefore own transport is compulsory.

Your duties as a Housing Officer will include:

Use own transport to travel from site to site.
Providing information to both tenant and landlord
Dealing debt collection.
Dealing with complaints, payment issues, repairs, installations etc.
Completing assessments
Complete all relevant paperwork.

Your working hours of a Housing Officer:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm

Rate of pay 12.50 per hour.
