Key Accountabilities:

  • The provision of technical advice; face to face, written and verbally, to and relating to, new and existing AR's and Partners balancing a highquality service with the right commercial outcomes.
  • Presenting to Partners / Advisers and within the business as required.
  • Relationship management with Key Accounts.
  • Technical expertise (SME) on Contracts and Financial Manuals; Openwork, Zurich / ZAN and Allied Dunbar legacy.
  • The provision and ongoing monitoring of Standard and nonstandard offers and contractual arrangements for new and existing AR's.
  • To manage and administer Practice Succession Planning, incorporating Practice Buy Outs (PBO) and Business Restructures, providing expertise and guidance.
  • Due diligence, a 'fit and proper' assessment of new ARs, Restructures, Principals, Advisers or Employees, adhering to the Openwork Policy and Contract Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising with Legal to progress, facilitate and report legal actions as required.
  • Resolving contractual queries and providing technical advice to other business areas, Partners / Advisors and Field Management

What will you need to succeed?:

  • Previous Financial Service experience.
  • Experience of operating in a busy and demanding multifunctional role.
  • Experience of proactively managing a pipeline of work against SLAs and deadlines and complaint handling.
  • Business awareness and service orientation.
  • Broad understanding of Financial Services marketplace and competitors.
  • Excellent working knowledge of internal systems and Microsoft office package; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook as a minimum.
