Commercial Analyst

Reporting to:
Finance Director

Location:
Bromborough

Contract:
Full Time, Permanent

Hours:
Hybrid (3 days office based), Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week, 4.5 day working week

Salary:
£35,000 - £60,000 DOE

Key Purpose of the Role:

To provide crucial commercial analysis and insight to internal stakeholders across leadership, trading, supply chain and marketing.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of reports in addition to adhoc analysis aimed at supporting business growth and profitability across all categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse sales, margin, GP and contribution across all channels and categories
Produce, distribute and maintain commercial reports
Support trading, supply chain and marketing teams in optimising campaign activity and performance
Collaborate with third party data providers to benchmark pricing against key competitors
Produce weekly and monthly P&L reports
Produce category level performance forecasting
Support the production of the annual Budget and periodic reforecasting of revenue performance
Present results and recommendations to management and key stakeholders
Aid the business in making strategic commercial decisions
