Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our Harrods boutique, reporting into the Store Director.
Your opportunity_
You will maintain exceptional standards of excellence and deliver a customer service experience that meets our business focus. In doing so, you will create loyalty to both the Bottega Veneta brand as well as the Bond Street store.
How you will contribute_
Regularly updates personal knowledge by studying Bottega Veneta's product and collections in depth, as well as other possible information sent by the training team
Uses tools such as La Piazza and other specific materials to obtain information that is useful to complete personal preparation independently
Works closely with SM in order to ensure implementation of training process and operations through morning brief or other roots of communicationTogether with SM and ASM, contributes to the initial in store induction on the field prior to the full immersion done by Trainer/Training Managers
Ensures the team also regularly uses La Piazza for selflearning
Who you_

A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role
Experience in a customer service role with facetoface interaction
Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
Ability to initiate contact and communication with clients
Motivated working towards a common goal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong team player and considerate of colleagues
