Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and engage with customers entering the store and introduce them to the relevant team members.
  • Plan appointments & coordinate the agenda of the day and personally welcome customers entering the store.
  • Manage waiting time appropriately and reassure customers. When possible, offer a seat, prepare, and serve refreshments/teas/coffees for customers.

Requirements:


  • Well groomed, wellspoken, warm and friendly personality, excellent command of English.
  • Experience working in luxury in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experienced Host, managing queues, taking orders, bookings, and reservations in highend hotels, restaurants, cabin crew, etc.

  • Salary up to £33000 Basic
