FINEX Cyber Mid-Market Account Executive- Ipswich, GB
The Role
Broking and Servicing
- Understand client business objectives and risk in relation to cyber exposure and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service
- Lead responsibility for the placement of a risk transfer solution.
- Prepare client and prospect presentations in line with clients Business Objectives
- Draw on expertise within specialist technical teams within the Business Unit and across the Group for clients as required
- Lead/Participate in information gathering exercises.
- Support clients and WTW client teams to determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the clients' needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key WTW industry contacts, WTW Client teams and clients directly
- Develop and maintain insurance market relationships
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials
- Assist in achieving goals and objectives of the Cyber & TMT Insurance Practice, FINEX GB and wider Global Cyber Insurance Practice
- Support the overall operational governance and decisionmaking process
- Support management and WTW in the management of risks
- Ensure adherence to group policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements
Placement Management
- Manage compliant processing of contracts as per FCA and contract certainty requirements
- Assist with loading of data into the relevant WTW systems
Operational and Service Delivery
- Support and deliver the end to end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures and service standards
- Support the Business Unit in accurate budgeting, forecasting and tracking of revenue
- Deliver high levels of client service support in line with standard operating procedures
The Requirements
- Knowledge of Cyber insurance essential
- Preferably ACII qualified or working towards the ACII qualification
- Vast broking experience required (although can be in other relevant/related lines of insurance)
- A focus on excellence and a track record of delivering high levels of client service
- Experienced knowledge of insurance markets globally in order to deal effectively with client and WTW needs
- Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associate's insurers, and external specialists
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Advocacy and sales skills can demonstrate interest and ability to win new business, lead RFP opportunities on behalf of the business unit
- Proficiency in analytics and benchmarking
- Knowledge of claims processes and procedures
- Time management and organizational skills
- Holds all regulatory licences, permissions and technical or other requirements applicable under UK legislation and FCA rules and guidelines
