About the role:
You will be responsible for onboarding premium beauty retailers (online & offline) in NielsenIQ retail panel in coordination with global commercial guidelines and policy.
You will be responsible for integrating premium beauty data in current NielsenIQ solutions / platforms based on an already defined roadmap.
You will also have accountability for managing P&L for Premium Beauty Project.Key responsibilities:
- Local premium beauty strategy definition and rollout
- Build and document internal and external sales and sourcing materials
- Engage retailer Csuite contacts to sell NielsenIQ business model; identifying opportunities of innovation in market data analysis and market tracking
- Business partnering: work directly with operations and finance to evaluate business case. Train/ Widen knowledge across retailer vertical teams (sales and customer success)
- Build strong, longterm relationships with new client contacts with the ability to identify potential areas to grow client and NielsenIQ business
The Profile
Senior sales person with experience in data sharing programs with retail industry knowledge. Preferably experienced in working with Department stores, Beauty Specialist sector or wider retail channel. A self starter sales professional experience of planning and implementation of major projects with third parties.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience of a minimum of 5/ 7 years in marketing data consulting within a consumer/retail data company (ideally in Beauty channel);
- Omnichannel retail experience
- Strong clientfacing background, strong communicator/sales with and influencing crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Solutionoriented leader who drives high quality
