Description

You will be required to lead on smaller scale projects and support the management of more complex or sensitive projects by managing / leading work packages on behalf of more senior programme or project staff.

If you have previous experience in a project support role, excellent organisational and communication skills this role may be of interest to you.


  • Leading smallscale projects and work packages that may include a variety of tasks depending on the scope of the project.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of standard project documentation tailoring this to suit individual project needs.
  • Creation and maintenance of a standard library of project documentation including identification of documents, retaining master copies, record keeping and ensuring version control is maintained.

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining an electronic project filing structure for each project being taken forward to agreed standards.
  • Keeping a log of project risks and issues.
  • Providing accurate, user friendly reports to support the delivery of programmes and projects.
  • Responsible for effective archiving of project information.
