We are seeking a Rubbering operative to work in our Rubbering department.

This role suits a self-motivated person that thrives on getting it right the first time, with an eye for detail and shapes.

This role may also be a shared role where you will also work in Dispatch at times.

This role also allows for progression within the company as your skills will be developed beyond a dispatch/Rubbering role for people with a positive and proactive approach.


This role will include:


  • Working in our rubbering department learning the customer specifications.
  • Communicate delays/issues with the production manager

And at times may include:


  • Packing of customer manufactured products to specifications
  • Assisting with the preparation and booking of courier deliveries for UK & International destinations
  • Labelling and locating parts within the despatch area
  • Picking stock against customer delivery notes
  • Liaise with Export Controllers for overseas delivery requirements

Skills and experience required:


  • Can work as part of a team
  • Ability to work within a fastpaced manufacturing business environment and work effectively to tight deadlines
  • Wellrounded interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and selfmotivation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work loads
  • High standard of housekeeping
Full training given in all aspects of the job.

Rates of pay within Arden are currently under review so the rate will rise above minimum wage.


Salary and Benefits:


Starting from £11.44 per hour depending on experience + Free Uniform + 26 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays + Pension + onsite parking as well as a cycle to work scheme + enhanced sick pay scheme+ clear pay and progression framework and many other small perks.

This role is full-time and permanent
