Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 07:00 - 18:00


The role is crucial to the successful running of the day-to-day of the Security Operation at 52 Lime Street (The Scalpel).

As a Back of House Officer, this demands a high level of attention to detail, knowledge of Data Protection Act (DPA) and adapting and embracing a fast paced and constantly changing environment.


To assist in ensuring the day to day running of all duties affiliated with the Back of House position and to ensure that agreed levels of service and contractual requirements are achieved to the highest standards.


As a Back of House Officer, you will be required to deal with multiple tasks for both the Loading Bay & Post Room in a busy and ever-changing environment.

You will control and ensure safe access/egress for vehicles, visitors & couriers within the Loading Bay and ensuring the procedures are followed appropriately, specific patrols.

You will also be required to process deliveries, inbound/outbound couriers, franking mail, completing reports, investigations & delivering items ranging from small letters to large, heavy & awkward boxes.


Qualifications, knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within a security environment.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Educated to 'GCSE' standard articulate and literate.
  • Computer literacy, experience of various software packages, with excellent keyboard & writing skills essential.
  • Valid SIA Security Licence.
