Description
Our client based in Hammersmith are looking for a Deputy Security Manager on a temporary on-going basis. You will be required to work within the town centre (shopping centre)

- £12.75 per hour
Shifts are 5 over 7 days on a rota basis working a 56 hour week
Various Day shifts start/finish times

Main Purpose of the Role:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
  • Monthly rota of staff
  • Deliver weekly patrol activity reports
  • Assist Security manager with disciplinary investigations and reports
  • Manage a team of security officers and support lead security manager
  • Carry out 121 job reviews with staff monthly
  • Protect our premises, assets and personnel while maintaining high visibility, presence to prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions
  • Carry out any other reasonable request to support Centre management as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff training and development
  • Managing and maintaining the biometrics security system
  • Carryout full on boarding of staff members
  • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property
  • Creating cohesive training and development plans for security staff
  • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities
  • Control room relief and cover when required by management.
  • Complete reports by recording observations,
  • Overview of network communications between the security team
  • A strong, driven personality is essential with a flexible approach towards work
