Description

Role description to include but not limited to:

Monitor all deliveries and report any issues to customers in a timely manner, resolving issues throughout the night to ensure delivery performance is maintained.

Complete customer tracking documents ensuring accurate ETA's are communicated via customers preferred communication method.

Support operational subcontracting activities, ensuring delivery performance is maintained.

Update transport system to record all customer deliveries are correct

Processing Proof of Deliveries within transport system, chasing any outstanding POD's from sub contractors

Answer telephone calls with regards to customers & vehicle breakdowns

Monitor site with regards to security
