The role will be focused on supporting the sales distribution effort of our investment products across Europe.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the delivery of major projects which have an impact on the successful implementation of ourdistribution strategy.


The goal of this role is to deliver effective digital marketing efforts to drive engagement from our target audience, creating demand for our products through the delivery of timely and effective communications
.

This role is responsible for developingstrong and innovative digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services.


The person in this role will be required to lead the strategy development and successful execution of best-in-class digital design, content production, and MarTech management with a deep focus on analytics and customer experience.

**Primary Responsibilities

  • Own the Marketo relationship and support the wider business on any queries and issues.
  • Use Marketo data to understand how to improve the user experience and functionality of the FTGP website.
  • Responsible for managing the website and implementing the digital strategy, ensuring content is up to date, not in breach of any financial regulations and SEO is being utilized across key pages.
  • Support the marketing team to plan and create content for our corporate social media channel, ensuring content is in line with our internal social media guidance.
  • Ability to optimise written content across digital channels for onscreen readability and SEO.
  • Problemsolving and analytical skills interpreting and leveraging data insights for constantly enhancing customer experience in three verticals: design, content and data/intelligence.

Requirements:


  • Graduate with 57 years' experience in digital marketing (ideally in asset management or financial services).
  • Essential to be proficient in Marketo (Marketo Expert certification preferable but not essential)
  • Experience of utilising social channels especially LinkedIn as part of a wider campaign (paid or not)
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience on delivering endtoend customer experience across stages, channels and touchpoints in the customer journey.
  • The role requires a disciplined selfstarter, who has a strategic and proactive approach.
  • Experience in developing messaging for digital marketing activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with solid experience of digital marketing
  • Preference for working in a small team within an agile and fastpaced environment; able to respond to changing needs and priorities enthusiastically and effectively
