Job Description:

The
Clinical Trial Disclosure & Transparency Product Specialist position works closely with sales, implementation and product in the pre-sales process to identify and qualify their business/technical needs.

The
Clinical Trial Disclosure & Transparency Product Specialist is responsible for communicating how our solutions provide benefit to those needs.

Solutions are developed by working closely with the customer to obtain a thorough understanding of the customer need (vs. desire) and quantify how this need relates to business benefit.

To do so, the
Clinical Trial Disclosure & Transparency Specialist must understand the customer requirements, including how they currently operate, both within a functional unit and across transfer points/functional units.

Definition of systems and work processes both local and global is necessary for implementing a sustainable platform for the customer.

The
Clinical Trial Disclosure & Transparency Specialist will have a firm understanding of Citeline Regulatory suite of solutions which include a clinical trial disclosure workflow system and a clinical trial disclosure research platform.

Current Responsibilities:

Work as an integrated part of the sales team includes:

• The
  Clinical Trial Disclosure & Transparency Product Specialist is the domain expert working within sales.
• Will be responsible for demonstrating the platform as well as presenting case studies through representative scenarios.
• Lead in the initial solution/technical qualification of a business/workflow for new customers. Responsible for creating and presenting the Citeline Regulatory suite of solutions to customers as part of the consultative sale/value analysis.
• Manage the coordination internally with the implementation team for presales scoping & for Request for Information & Request for Proposals
• Work together with Product and Implementation, to craft solutions that can be delivered to meet customers' requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Highly competent from a technical perspective with a strong track record for demonstrating solutions to clinical operations and similar clients at Pharmaceutical & Biotech customers
• Experience collaborating with commercial teams and other key internal departments
• Working knowledge of the global Pharmaceutical industry
• Customer oriented and resultsdriven
• Ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple and coherent manner
• Powerful verbal and written communication and experienced with customerfacing presentations
• Passionate, positive and enthusiastic
• A healthcareoriented degree will be an advantage
• Willing to travel as needed
