Description
The responsibilites of the Team Coordinator are:
- To oversee the day-to-day operation of a team of 7 ensuring there is a continuous service.
- To provide line management responsibility to the H&S Technical Support and Access Control Operator.
- To provide professional and confidential personal assistant support.
- Produce dashboard reports, by extracting data to compile accurate and timely reports and statistical information as required by the Head of HSS for University Committees, such as Executive Board.
- Gather, monitor, extract and analyse data from health and safety activities. Producing accurate and timely reports as required from systems such as Crimson, Smartlog, Service Now.

The successful Team Coordinator will be:
- Immediately available
- Be able to lead a team
- Be confident in the administration skills
- Be able to produce reports
- Be a 'people person'
Job Offer
The Team Coordinator will be offered:
- Immediate start date
- 3 month contract with potential to be extended
- Bradford location
- On site 37.5 hours a week
