Graduates will undergo a 12-month hands on training programme whereby you will be involved from day one in client projects to maximise your exposure to genuine project scenarios and technologies.

You'll receive practical, hands-on training in leading technologieswith the opportunity to gain experience in cutting edge automation tools and frameworks, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C# and Java.

As well as being trained in the creation of test automation pipelines to achieve CI/CD.

In addition to the tooling, our client will ensure you are trained in the technology agnostic processes and methodologies required to work in test automation.

With industry recognised certifications being undertaken where required.

You will be mentored by Senior Automation Consultants with the aim of developing your technical and consulting skills from the moment you join the organisation.


Role/Requirements

  • Looking for graduates from analytical disciplines such as IT, Science, Engineering or Mathematics, however if you think you have what it takes to thrive as a graduate test consultant and have an interest in test automation then it would be great to hearfrom you. You will be mentored throughout the process with the aim of developing your technical and consulting skills.

Essentials:

  • Minimum 2:2 Degree Classification ideally in IT, Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Business.
  • Demonstrable analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Career aspirations to work as a client facing consultant in test automation.
  • Confident and assured presentation skills.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.
  • Hardworking, conscientious and a team player.
  • Exposure to JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C# or Java.
