Description
We are looking for an Estimator to join our busy and successful business in Pulham, Dorset. The job is a full time (40 hours) contract and working week days, 8.30am - 5pm.

Daily duties will include but not limited to:

  • Provide accurate and comprehensive estimates for all projects.
  • Produce quick model drawings for estimating purposes.
  • Preparation of tender documents.
  • Understand the clients enquiry documents / bill of quantities to fully ascertain the requirements of the tender and ensure all bid submissions are compliant.
  • Liaise with the site operations department to ensure the tender is logístically site compliant.
  • Liaise with production department to ensure the tender manufacturing capabilities are compliant.
  • Liaise and negotiate with sub trades to receive competitive prices.
  • Maintaining a good understanding of market rates.
