Rutherford Briant are looking for a Qualified Management Accountant to join a well-established business based in Southend-on-Sea.


This business continues to grow year on year and are offering a qualified accountant the chance to gain exposure to various high profile projects.


Responsibilities include:


  • Preparation of the monthly management accounts
  • Provide detailed analysis on budgets and processes
  • Successfully lead various projects surrounding costs, profits and revenue
  • Provide insightful analysis and challenge on the businesses commercial performance
  • Responsible for the weekly reporting process, ensuring the transactions are reviewed and reconciled
  • Preparation of weekly KPI's and customer insight reports
  • Manage the rolling forecast
  • Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Key contact during external audit
  • Work closely with the finance manager on the forecasting and budgeting process
