What will I be doing?
As a Sports Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the site with operations and communications to deliver excellent visitor experience.
Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Sports fields, track, courts, and room set up for bookings.
- Health and Safety weekly checks.
- Customer Service and communications (verbal, written, face to face).
- Social media updates.
- Waste management.
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Sports based university degree, diploma, or experience of working in the sports industry.
- Ability to go above and beyond in terms of customer service.
- Willingness to develop team members and self
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
