What you will be doing:


  • Investigate and document issues using our internal support tools (API's logs, app databases, crash reports as well as customer feedback).
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable steps for our technical team.
  • Providing online demonstrations and training to new and existing customers.
  • Rapidly adapt to new technologies and understand our software.
  • Expand your knowledge with oneoff and ongoing projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Sharp observation and investigation/diagnosis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
