Trainee Parts Advisor


We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our Nissan dealership in Haywards Heath.- You will work alongside our experienced parts team to learn all aspects of working in a busy parts department.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting, workshop, trade and retail customers with parts related enquiries through all communication channels
  • Maximising sales opportunities
  • Stock maintenance and ordering
  • Receipting goods inwards
  • Managing warranty and new parts returns
  • It would be advantageous although not essential to have a basic knowledge of motor vehicles and their main components.
  • You will have an eye for detail and be a team player.
  • The successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills and have the ability to use their own initiative.
  • GCSE Grades A
  • C / 94 would be desirable.
