Main Responsibilities:


  • Nurturing and developing relationships with new and existing builders/installers.
  • Provide quotations and maximise conversion.
  • Proactively identify and develop opportunities in the local target market.
  • Maximise volume and margin.
  • Maximise sales across our complete product range.
  • Analyse client results and identify issues and opportunities.
  • Generate leads and contact prospective customers.
  • Upselling products to maximise order potential.
  • Planning time correctly to maximise your working day.
  • Be able to understand client business in detail to increase their value.
  • Looking at client conversion and proactively working with them to improve.

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability in Windows PC environment. Particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Team orientated with the ability to work within the office.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Confident telephone handling.
  • Business Micros Evolution (advantageous but not essential).
  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • Industry experience is preferred but full training will be provided for the right applicant.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative, and thrive under pressure.
  • Must be exceptional in customer service, and able to build strong customer relationships.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work additional hours when required.
  • Happy adhering to company policies and procedures.
