Job Title:
Private and Business Executive Assistant (Fluent in Spanish or Italian)

We are currently working with a prestigious hedge fund and are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Private and Business Executive Assistant to the Chairman.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chairman in both private and business matters.
Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for business meetings.
Arrange travel logistics, both domestic and international.
Assist with personal matters, including but not limited to, managing household staff and coordinating family events.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a private and business capacity.
Fluency in Spanish or Italian is a must.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:

This role will involve a blend of in-office and remote work, with the expectation of being in the office for some days during the week.
