Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Unity Sexual Health Service team for a Clinic Co-ordinator; this is a permanent post of 22.5 hours over 4-5 days.

We support patients and staff in the Sexual Health Service to facilitate the smooth running of the patient journey by ensuring that co-ordinated administrative processes revolves around the patient and their individual needs.

Our clinics run Monday to Saturday, the core admin hours 9-5 and the role will work within this for the hours advertised.

To support the triaging of referrals by liaising with key clinical staff
Act as a point of contact for queries from clinical and nonclinical staff
Escalate patient queries, capacity problems and general issues to the role's line manager or relevant clinical staff as appropriate
Communicate changes to clinics and appointments to patients as instructed, often at short notice
