Description

Provide holistic assessment and evidence-based rehabilitation to stroke patients to enable them to achieve their best potential. Contribute to the development and evaluation of the OT or physio practice provided by the service. To act as a source of expertise on stroke patients management.

To maintain accurate comprehensive and contemporaneous documentation/patient records in line with legal requirements and Trust guidelines including personally generated clinical assessments/treatment requiring computer skills.

To demonstrate a high level of OT or physio stroke skills.
