INCLUSION PRACTITIONER

Location:
HMP Long Lartin, South Littleton, Evesham, WR11 8T
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year


Salary:
Up to £23,500 per annum (Subject to experience)

Apprenticeships:
Development opportunities are available through Apprenticeship standards

Reporting To:
Education Manager


IN SHORT


Milton Keynes College have an exciting opportunity for an Inclusion Practitioner to join our Prison Education team at HMP Long Lartin.

As a successful Inclusion Practitioner, you will provide inspirational learning support to small groups of learners and on a 1:1 basis.

This will require a holistic approach to highlight specific learning needs and improving learner skills.

Your focus will be on Maths and English, leading to employability outcomes, with effective target setting to meet individual needs.


You will be a passionate, creative and empathetic towards our learners and be able to offer knowledge and guidance to our learners.


As an Inclusion Practitioner, you will be working across the whole prison estate, on all wings where education is delivered.
