Job Title:
Finance Assistant


Job Purpose:

The Finance Assistant is responsible for assisting the Management Accountant with the day-to-day running of payables function.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Invoicing customers through various methods ensuring all tasks are completed
  • Managing and responding to daily customer account queries
  • Providing customer statements
  • Chasing payment for overdue invoices.
  • Any other Ad Hoc duties as requested

Person Specification:


  • Educated to Graduate level
  • Experience of some understanding of a receivables function would be an advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and organise workload
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to take ownership and solve problems
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Willing to undertake job related training

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
