Finance Assistant
Job Purpose:
The Finance Assistant is responsible for assisting the Management Accountant with the day-to-day running of payables function.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Invoicing customers through various methods ensuring all tasks are completed
- Managing and responding to daily customer account queries
- Providing customer statements
- Chasing payment for overdue invoices.
- Any other Ad Hoc duties as requested
Person Specification:
- Educated to Graduate level
- Experience of some understanding of a receivables function would be an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and organise workload
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Ability to take ownership and solve problems
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Willing to undertake job related training
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
