We are looking for a professional Head Mixologist oversees and assist with beverage procurement, beverage costing. Contribute to shift briefings as required as well as lead staff training sessions for all beverage products. Complete product requisitions accurately and maintain bar beverage inventory control. Create and maintain a unique and compelling cocktail menu, keeping the guest's preferences in mind.


The Mixologist will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food.

You will also promote new cocktails and upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.


To succeed as a Mixologist, you should have an excellent knowledge of F&B, high-energy, neat appearance and engaging, friendly personality.

You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.


_The Role_

  • To produce all drinks menu items to the highest standard, in line with the recipe and build cards
  • Maintaining the highest of standards at all times in line with our Kitchen SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
  • Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
  • Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
  • Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
  • Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are wellstocked.
  • Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
  • Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
  • Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
  • Developing new cocktail recipes.
  • Bartender Requirements:
  • Strictly adhere to our HACCP (Heathy & Safety and Food Hygiene) procedures and make sure any paperwork you are responsible for is filled in and up to date

_Skills & Competences_

  • We up skill and train people with personalities so no previous experience is required BUT experience in the personality department is key
  • A passion for the cocktail industry
  • A good understanding of IT and POS systems
  • Excellent communication skills

_Qualifications and Requirements of the position_

  • English as a first or second language (spoken, written and reading)
  • Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.
  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong task and time management abilities.
  • Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
