Integrated Solutions are currently recruiting for a
Contract Performance Manager to work within the Greater London area. This will be predominantly an onsite role with at least one day per week at our Enfield Head Office.

Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with our existing clients to strengthen our position and enable our ambitious growth plans
  • Supporting our lead CPM by providing live information
  • Maintaining a close working relationship with all key contacts
  • Updating and maintaining all contract performance management tools & trackers
  • Attending internal, and external supplier and client meetings. Taking minutes and reporting these back to lead CPM
  • Assessing and updating agreed KPI indicators weekly, and presenting these back to the client
  • Communicating with recruitment & marketing teams to ensure all requirements
  • Maintaining our "One Step Ahead" initiative, which ensures we identify any challenges before they become a problem

The Person

  • Experienced manager that has previously dealt with handson challenges
  • Keen attention to detail, specifically in creating reports and presenting KPIs
  • Good interpersonal and client management skills
  • Problem solver that can use their initiative to find a solution
  • Proven track record of managing successful relationships
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Strong computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Salesforce
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet our client's expectations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Full U.K driving licence

Experience:


  • Management experience: 3 years+ (required)
  • Performance management experience: 2 years+ (preferred)
  • Transport & logistics industry experience: 1 year+ (preferred)
