Job Summary:
Green Duck Beer Co is now 10 years old, providing a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere to our customers and team alike.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing shifts in our taproom. We're looking for someone that will jump right in, get involved and keep our levels of customer service high.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of taproom staff during assigned shifts
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
- Excellent team management and supervisory skills
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of bartending is a plus
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
£12.04 per hour
Expected hours:

Schedule:
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability
