PART TIME RECEPTIONIST SHOWROOM HOST_

Westdrive Kia and Mazda are looking to recruit a part time receptionist/showroom host to become part of a team to cover the mornings (9am to 1pm) Monday to Friday (extra hours will be required to cover holidays etc.).

The applicant would be preferably experienced in this type of role, whilst not a 100% requirement, though experience in a customer facing environment would be an advantage.

The applicant needs to be confident and focused on making sure that every customer receives an excellent experience with first impressions being very important.

This is a very busy Dealership so level-headed attitude is required as you must be adaptable to deal with all types of situations.

We are a family-owned Motor Dealership based in Braintree Essex with the Kia franchise for over 25 years, and one of the largest dealerships in the UK, then with the addition of Mazda in 2019.

You will be part of a team of over 50 delivering an excellent customer experience to our Sales and Service customer based in the Kia showroom.

Duties would involve answering the phone, assisting customers, assisting sales staff, and some varied administration work. COMPUTER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
