Our Learning and Development team is looking to add an Apprenticeships Lead to their innovative team. One who is dedicated to shaping the future of apprenticeships. The role will be pivotal in providing professional development opportunities while engaging and empowering our learners.

To lead the development, implementation, expansion and ongoing progression of all apprenticeships across all professions and at all levels across the Partnership.

To maximise the Partnership's Apprenticeship levy by leading on the creation and delivery of apprenticeship plans, in line with the Partnership's learning needs analysis, including the commissioning and procuring of apprenticeship development programmes.

Take the lead for expansion of apprenticeships across the organisation through raising the profile and promotion of apprenticeships.
