Bramah HR is recruiting for a senior HR Administrator to join a fast paced business based close to Bromsgrove.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious HR Administrator to join a small HR team that is looking to expand their experience and develop their career in HR.

If you're used to multi-tasking and have a keen eye for detail this exciting role will be perfect for you.


Responsibilities

- Manage the full HR administration process for the employee lifecycle

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR administration related queries
  • Managing the internal HRIS
  • Manage the recruitment administration for internal roles
  • Generate HR reports to support with absence management
  • Process Leavers documentation
  • Take notes during Employee relations meetings

Skills

- Be able to multi-task and work well under pressure

  • Prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Full working knowledge of MS Office package
  • Level 3 CIPD Qualification

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
