What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Occupational Health Advisor, you'll take the lead in delivering exceptional services that go beyond the ordinary. You'll lead the charge in complex case management, administering rail and non-rail medicals, and championing health and wellbeing initiatives. In this role, you'll serve as the beacon of expertise, acting as the Senior Nurse for the service.
Collaborating closely with the OH Physician two days per week, as well as working hand-in-hand with our dedicated Administrator, you'll orchestrate a seamless and efficient operation that sets the gold standard in occupational health.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to uphold impeccable standards of clinical practice, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Mentoring and guiding a team of Occupational Health Advisors, fostering a culture of engagement and motivation.
- Overseeing the workflow and utilization of our occupational health nurse team, ensuring seamless operations.
- Actively participating in commercial initiatives and crossteam collaborations to optimize resource utilization and workflow efficiency.
Who We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse on NMC Register, holding a postregistration qualification in OH
- Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health service delivery, fitness for work and screening procedure (must be proficient with interpreting health surveillance results including audiometry, spirometry, HAVS)
- Robust clinical governance attitude and leads by example to their team and the business
- Excellent communication skills and ability to chair regular team meetings
- Approachable style and easy to connect with
- Pragmatic approach and strong decisionmaking ability
- Management qualification at certificate level or above desirable but not essential
- High degree of selfmotivation and management
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word / Excel / Teams or equivalent
- Strong team player and able to lead by example
- Full UK driving licence is preferable but not essential
- Able to travel to London or Mansfield sites occasionally
