SERVICE ADVISOR - HGV

HGV Technician job details

Basic Salary:
£25,000pa + Overtime paid at enhanced rate

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday mornings

Location:
West Thurrock
Skilled & experienced Service Advisor is required for full time permanent vacancy.

  • Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
  • Writing orders for repair work
  • Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
  • Up selling after sales services
  • Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders
  • Raising jobs cards
  • Communicating effectively with the workshop and technicians
  • Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Second to none Customer Service skills
  • Enthusiasm and is hard working
  • Selfmotivated and a team player
  • Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
  • Motor trade experience is essential
