Role based in Poole


An Employment Advisor's responsibilities for the Restart scheme includes supporting a group of customers in identifying and breaking down barriers to meet targeted KPIs.

The role will also include carrying out both group and 1-1 training sessions on job searching techniques, CV building and interview techniques.


An Employment Advisor will be able to demonstrate the ability to create and build relationships with customers and key stakeholders and be able to research and plan to provide tailored support to each individual.


This job will play a key role in contributing to the UK's economic recovery, 'Restart' which is a cornerstone of the Government's 'Plan for Jobs' strategy.


Two of the roles are in Poole and one is Poole based, but covers the Blandford area, so please bear this in mind when applying.
