Description
Our client is an exciting property developer with an award winning portfolio of impressive urban development projects. They are on the lookout for a highly experienced Senior Production Manager to join their Central London Team.

Reporting to the Production Director, you will be responsible for the procurement, installation, maintenance of all aspects of marketing collateral, and to ensure all projects present an impactful image at all times.

Working across Construction, Design andMarketing the role will comprise:


Sales:
Obtaining competitive quotes from suppliers for branding works across signage, banners, hoarding cladding, lightboxes and implementing high quality installation.

Developing sales briefs with the sales teams and coordinating programmes as well as targets for marketing suites and show apartments.

Launching of special events as well as necessary refurbs and other projects as required.

Marketing:
Managing the development of bespoke branding image, elements and assets for specific projects, as well as developing marketing briefs.

Construction:


Working alongside the construction project management team to make sure development of marketing suites and showrooms is on time and spec.

Ensuring that Risk Assessments and Method statements are being adhered to along with project consistency.
