A successful DM in this role must build relationships with the sales brands to understand their strategies and direction. This will be key to ensuring that the IS team provides proper support for the brands in region.


Core activities include managing multiple Front-Line Managers (ISM) and their teams, soliciting requirements, managing direct communications with high profile customers as well as Budgeting and managing IS spend in region.

Represent Information Systems in regional Executive leadership Team


Essential Functions:

  • Provides thought leadership and direction to all aspects of products and services, and partners with Product Owners, Architecture, Privacy Office, and Information Security Group to ensure EMEA systems align with Global Roadmap
  • Establishes direction and clear sense of purpose to inspire teams in creating their own connection and passion to the business goals; orients others around a shared vision for IS
  • Manages concurrent, high visibility products/projects/services using agile methods in a fastpaced environment that will cross teams and business divisions to drive transformation for Allegis
  • Partners closely with the Product team to develops/maintains methods to measure value; obtains feedback to ensure that efforts are meeting expectations for value, time, cost and quality
  • Builds strong relationships with the sales brands to understand their strategy and direction
  • Maintains overarching responsibility for executing best practices approaches and methodologies (ex: Agile/ Scrum, SAFe, etc) for the support and sustainability of solutions.

Management responisibility:

  • Management responsibility for the team, including hiring, leadership, development, and accountability for performance.
  • Plans and develops people organization including but not limited to: coaching and mentoring, succession planning, proactive identification of resource gaps, etc. for a team of onshore and offshore resources.
  • Drives team to improve sprint velocity and speed to market.

Budget responsibility:

  • Develops and manages budget
  • Approves operational expenditures.
  • Determines variance of actual to forecast and take the appropriate action to correct variance.
  • Shares fiscal responsibility for the organization's technology investments and future planning of the organization's spend, to avoid unnecessary and duplicative services and to maximize ROI.

Minimum education and or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or equivalent; advanced degree desirable
  • Minimum of 10 years of Information Technology experience required having covered and led multiple areas in Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
  • Experience training and mentoring others
  • Experience in managing Infrastructure teams supporting Microsoft O365 and Azure and On-Prem Active Director
  • Experience with Wide Area Networks using SDWA
  • Experience with Wireless technology and large network deployment
  • Experience in managing onshore and offshore Service Desk Teams
  • Experience in VMWare and migrating Systems from onprem to the cloud.
