Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time) - 15 Months

Shift pattern:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be working in a busy call processing customer queries and working directly with our internal Engineers and Suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the helpdesk.

The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Achieve call center kpi performance that allows the department to provide highlevel service to the customer
  • Ensuring all vendor and site calls are answered within the agreed CMC SLA timescales
  • Liaise with service providers and engineering operations regarding maintenance activities to ensure cost is minimised and repairs & maintenance have been completed as per the agreed specifications.
  • Assist sites' management and engineering teams to provide costeffective services to their clients

  • Strong Communication skills (Telephone)
  • Experience in working under a high Pressured environment (phones)

  • Fleet maintenance Knowledge is desirable but not essential
