Job description
This role will work across the Royal Borough of Greenwich to identify and engage hidden Carers towards registering with Greenwich Carers Centre services.
Working within whole communities, including community groups and Voluntary and Statutory sector partners, the role will provide a gateway to support for carers within the borough.
By working from our centre, and across the borough, the role will have significant positive impact by providing carers with information and advice and engaging them with emotional and practical support, peer support, social connectivity, wellbeing and learning and development services and opportunities provided by Greenwich Carers Centre and Voluntary Sector Partners.
