We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Specialist to co-ordinate the day to day planning of works for the Responsive Repairs Team efficiently and effectively (Right Work at the Right Time).

Taking a solution focused approach to the scheduling and co-ordination of work, you will use our dynamic scheduling system to ensure all appointments are completed within target and to the satisfaction of the customer.

You will appoint, monitor and control the work flow of jobs through to the Responsive Repairs Team and work collaboratively to achieve all team key performance indicators maximising performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written skills across a broad range of audience including managers, colleagues, and customers.
The ability to remain calm under pressure operating with empathy, understanding and diplomacy.
The ability to work effectively as a part of a team
