Reporting to Facilities Manager
Supervised by Senior Building Services Coordinator
Responsibilities
Deliver requests for building services, prioritising and organising workload to ensure tasks are completed cost effectively and on time
Proactively provide information regarding building services to all building users
Assist with office moves, working to deadlines and liaising directly with users to coordinate and plan arrangements to ensure minimum disruption
Work with the HSEQ team to ensure service provision is fully compliant with statutory legislation and Subsea 7 policy
Work with the Senior Building Services Coordinator to assist with the organisation and delivery of a planned programme of preventative maintenance and repair works
Manage and organise day to day routine maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed to agreed deadlines within budget, and liaising directly with sub contract staff as necessary to achieve completion
Undertake routine maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed to budget and agreed deadlines
Monitor use of meeting rooms and common areas to ensure furniture is correctly positioned and rooms/areas are clean, tidy and ready for use at all times
Liaise with security team to ensure the safety and security of all building users, equipment and premises, proactively identifying issues or concerns
Provide assistance and support to building users, including technical/practical support in the use of equipment and facilities
Skills/Experience
Essential
Previous experience of delivering building services support in a comparable working environment
Practical skills to undertake routine property maintenance work
Desired
Previous experience of working in a Facilities/Building Services Team
Electrical Qualification
Demonstrable Painting/Decorating skills
Experience of pottering in an office environment (moving furniture)
Knowledge of IT equipment and AV systems. #LI-CR1
