Croydon SAM have a brand-new opportunity for a passionate individual to join our Childcare Team as an Early years Tutor.

The Role

As an Early Years Tutor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices to deliver a quality learning experience for L2 Early Years Practitioner, L3 Early Years and L5 Apprenticeship.

This is an online teaching. However, our learners are across London so you must be willing to travel when required to support learners.

The role will involve:

Leading a caseload of learners, supporting them to achieve their apprenticeship or qualification covering all areas of knowledge, skills, and behaviours as well as any additional requirements
Regularly assessing work and providing constructive feedback including SPAG and update the E
Portfolio system (one file)
Providing careers information, advice, and guidance throughout the learners' journey, allowing learners to understand progression routes available to them

About You

You will have the knowledge & experience in the delivery of apprenticeship standards
Assessor Qualification E.G D32/D33, A1 or CAVA
Experience of working in an Early Years setting and qualified up to Bachelor's degree in Early Years

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
