Finegreen are supporting a large NHS organisation in the recruitment of a Senior PFI Contract Manager to work in the East Midlands.

This is an interim position for - 6 months initially which will require full time on site working.

The position will have a competitive rate to fulfil the organisational requirements.

The post holder will ensure the delivery of PFI Services are fully compliant with specific obligations and standards, obtaining best Value for Money and provide qualityHard FM solutions for the organisation through the PFI process.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Work with the SMT, reviewing complex legal issues within PFI services;
  • Lead on all contract variations and negotiations for a large PFI, involving all stakeholder engagement and negotiation;
  • Responsible for identifying savings within the PFI;
  • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of Hard Facilities Management services to the required service specification standards which includes but is not limited to the Law/Statue (Acts and Regulations) British Standards, HTMs, HBNs, HGNs, good working practicesetc;
  • Undertake planned and unannounced site visit and audits;
  • Build, maintain and develop effective communication networks and working relationships with key personnel inside and outside the organisation, across professional boundaries.
  • Must have senior experience working within the NHS/ a healthcare setting;
  • Demonstrable senior estates management experience equivalent to master's level;
  • Extensive PFI expertise with in depth knowledge of NHS Estates Management Systems and Processes;
  • Effective interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
