Application Support Specialist:


Job description

This is a UK based contract and as such, you are required to have the Right to Work in the UK.

Evidence of your Right to Work will be checked prior to interview.
This is a Fixed Term contract for 12 Months.

As Application Support Specialist, you will act as the primary technical point of contact within WWF-UK for the 3rd party delivery and internal project teams.

This will include undertaking support, development, data migration and integration activities as needed for the Dynamics 365 implementation.

In collaboration with business users, third parties and other IT colleagues, you will ensure effective integration with existing business systems and processes as well as oversee testing of technical designs.

You will also address any performance concerns, contribute to continuous improvement and help resolve service issues.

To help in the fight to bring back nature, you must have a good experience in Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages as well as experience of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You should be familiar with ITSM toolsets, having worked in a Support environment and have a good understanding of project methodologies.

Comfortable operating in a matrix managed environment, you will possess excellent communication, planning and relationship building skills. ITIL Version 3 certification or above would be an advantage.
