100% remote position for Portugal residents

We're looking for a
Product Owner for a company that is an independent, global specialist in production and marketing communications powered by technology and fuelled by creativity.

The company has a legacy of 25 years of best-in-class entertainment and award-winning post-production services.

Worked for the world's biggest and most innovative and recognisable brands, including Ikea, H&M, Dyson, Apple, HBO, Netflix, Warner Brothers, and Universal Studios.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, shipping enterprise software to a diverse set of users
  • Previous experience in building Campaign Management or MarTech software products
  • Experience in SaaS (software as a service)
  • Prior experience working with global brands, creative or media agencies
  • Deep understanding of complex business and technical issues and influence decisionmaking
  • Exceptional communication skills Yes, we would like to see you as an expert in communication with a focus on mutual understanding

Responsibilities

  • Helping define requirements for your product area and working with the Product Managers to define and break down priority features into feature stories that the engineering team can quickly develop
  • Facilitating and participating in key Agile rituals for your Scrum teams
  • Communicating project status and risks regularly
  • Removing impediments for the development team
  • Managing sprints in JIRA
  • Working closely with Product Managers to prioritise the Product backlog
  • Tracking project performance and identifying resistance and performance gaps
  • Ensuring timely completion of deliverables that are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Identifying areas of opportunity and weakness in both product and process, articulating and implementing iterative solutions based on datadriven decisionmaking

Salary:
£3,800.00-£4,100.00 per month


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
